Notice how he glances at her in the last panel. It's not to try and intimidate her. No, he wouldn't risk that right now. The glance was because he was afraid she was going to shoot him anyway.
But, unlike Psycho Pro, Hunter is not a sadistic murderer. She calmly stares ahead as her opponent leaves with his organs intact.
